Limassol Delmar is a high-rise residential development located in Limassol, Cyprus. This Project is being developed by Cypeir Properties; a Joint Venture between D. Zavos Group and Leptos Group.   

C. Petrakis & Partners has been appointed by the Main Contractor to provide Commercial Management & Contract Administration Support.

Limassol Blu Marine is a high-rise residential development located in Limassol, Cyprus. This Project is being developed by Leptos Group.    

C. Petrakis & Partners has been appointed by the Developer to provide Commercial Management & Contract Administration Support.

Trilogy is a high-rise residential development located in Limassol, Cyprus. It is currently under construction by the Joint Venture of 'Cybarco-Cebarco'. 

C. Petrakis & Partners has been appointed by the Main Contractor ('Cybarco-Cebarco' JV) to provide Contract and Sub-Contracts Administration Support. 

Limassol Greens is a comprehensive gold resort development located in Limassol, Cyprus. This Project is being developed by 'Lanitis Golf Public Co. Ltd'. 

C. Petrakis & Partners has been appointed by the Contract Engineer 'P.J. KARAYIANNIS CIVIL ENGINEERS LLC' to provide Contract Administration Support. 

Limassol Greens is a comprehensive gold resort development located in Limassol, Cyprus. This Project is being developed by 'Lanitis Golf Public Co. Ltd'. 

C. Petrakis & Partners has been appointed by the Contract Engineer 'P.J. KARAYIANNIS CIVIL ENGINEERS LLC' to provide Contract Administration Support. 

This Project involves the construction of an Office Building in Limassol, Cyprus. This Project is being developed by 'MSC Ship Management Ltd'.

C. Petrakis & Partners has been appointed by the Project Management firm 'P.J. KARAYIANNIS CIVIL ENGINEERS LLC' to provide Contract Administration and Commercial Management Support.

This Project involves the construction of a Private Summer Residence in Paphos, Cyprus. 

C. Petrakis & Partners has been appointed by the Architect 'AYK Associates Architects ' to provide both pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying Services.

This Project involves the construction and recast of Limassol Community Park in Cyprus. This Project is being developed by 'Easybrain Ltd'.
