 A Quantity Surveyor plays a pivotal role in the construction and development industry, contributing to various stages of a project's life cycle. The Quantity Surveyor's primary focus is on managing costs and ensuring that a project is executed within budget, while also providing expertise in contractual, financial, and technical aspects. 

At C. Petrakis & Partners we provide both pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying services. 

Pre-contract services include:

• preliminary cost estimates and cost planning;

• preparation of tender/ contract documents; and
• evaluating tenders

Post-contract services include:

• evaluating executed work including variations and making recommendations for payments;
• performing value engineering exercises; and
